Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your skincare products! If something is not right, we offer a fair and simple return policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Because skincare products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless faulty.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened skincare items

  • Items bought during clearance or final sale

  • Gift cards


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your name, order number, and reason for return

  3. Our team will provide return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged.


4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued:

  • After the returned product is received and inspected

  • Back to the original payment method

  • Within 5–10 business days

If the return is approved for a damaged item, we may offer:

  • Refund

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or card provider

  • Processing may take a few days

  • Contact us if the delay exceeds 10 days
